How subscriptions work. When you enroll in a Starffron subscription, you authorize us to charge your saved payment method on the recurring schedule you select (for example, every 60 days), and to ship your order automatically until you cancel. Your subscription will continue at the same price unless we notify you of a change at least 7 days in advance.
How to cancel. You can cancel any time, easily, in either of two ways:
- Self-serve: Log in at account.starffron.com and click Manage Subscription → Cancel.
- Email us: Send a cancellation request to hello@starffron.com from the email address used to place the order. Include your order number if you have it.
Cancellation requests submitted at least 48 hours before your next scheduled charge will stop that next charge. Requests submitted inside the 48-hour window may not stop the order already in process — in that case, the order will still ship and your subscription will be cancelled before the following billing cycle.
Skip or pause. Don't want to cancel outright? You can skip your next shipment or pause your subscription from the same Manage Subscription page.
Refunds. A cancellation stops future charges but does not by itself refund prior orders. If you'd like a refund on a recent order, see our Refund Policy and our 365-day satisfaction guarantee.
Changes to subscription terms. We may update subscription terms with at least 7 days' email notice. You can cancel at any time before changes take effect.
