Shipping policy

Where we ship. Starffron currently ships within the United States. We do not currently ship internationally.
Free shipping. All bundle orders ship free within the United States.
Processing time. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1โ3 business days of order confirmation (MondayโFriday, excluding U.S. holidays). You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Delivery time. After shipping, standard delivery within the U.S. is typically 3โ7 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on carrier, weather, and destination.
Tracking. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link by email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive the email.
Address accuracy. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error immediately, email hello@starffron.com right away and we'll do our best to update before the order ships.
Lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Once a carrier marks a package as delivered, it is the carrier's responsibility. If your package shows delivered but has not arrived, please first check with neighbors and your local carrier. If you need help, email hello@starffron.com within 14 days of the delivery date and we'll work with you to resolve it.
Undeliverable / returned packages. Packages returned to us as undeliverable (wrong address, refused, unclaimed) may incur a re-ship fee.
